"THE FEAST OF PASSOVER"

Here, in Part 2 of a series of PDF files of informational slides, titled, "THE FEAST OF PASSOVER", Daymond Duck gives us an **excellent** brief view of The Jewish Feast of Passover.

The purpose of this feast was two-fold:

1. It celebrated the past in remembering when the death angel passed over the Hebrews in Egypt in the Bible book of Exodus, Chapter 12.

2. It also looked to the future when Jesus "Christ, (the Messiah), our passover is sacrificed for us." -- (1st Corinthians, Chapter 5, Verse 7.)

Indeed, the lambs that died and provided the blood to protect the Hebrews from the death angel back in Moses' day prefigured and pointed to that day in the future when Jesus Christ, the "Lamb of God", would shed His blood and die on the cross and then, three days later, He would rise from the dead to **PAY THE SIN DEBT IN FULL** for every person who would trust in Him and in His shed blood and death ALONE for **the full and total payment for ALL of their sins** so that they would not die eternally and suffer forever in Hell and the Lake of Fire.
