In the following video, Pastor Rodney Beaulieu talks about how that the word "Dispensation" is a Bible Word. It's not something that Pastor Beaulieu came up with. It's unique to the Apostle to the Gentiles, (the Apostle Paul), and he's the only one that uses it.
