"True Fasting"

Here, in the evening worship service at The Central Church of God from this past Sunday evening, October 16th, 2011, Pastor Loran Livingston preached a message from the Word of God, (the Bible), in which he talked about what "TRUE fasting" really IS in the eyes of Almighty God Himself.
